does anybody know how to put a photo on your post when you post like this?

Upload your image to a file sharing website and copy the image url, then push this button: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then just paste the url in where the url goes.

Click the image button, then it will ask for the images url, paste the url in the box.

You press the Img button and post the link

Yes, All you have to do is have a image uploaded to imgur or Tinypic
then you just copy the images Direct url.

Then you click this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then just Paste the images URL into the popup box that shows up.

It has to be the direct URL.
The link should end in .jpg, .PNG, .gif
