I've been playing ever since release night and I'm still waiting for the heists.
Rockstar said two different dates for the heists and we are past both.
My personal theory is that Rockstar intends to release heists along with the Next Gen release.
But I am however wanting to hear your opinions on the matter.
Why do you think Rockstar is holding off on heists?

I heard after the next gen gets gta v they will work on heists

I heard the same. But you never know. Only rockstar knows. Hopefully it comes out soon
