Well here's how you can derank someone on live for xbox or ps3 very simple to do.
Text tutorial
- Invite your victim to a player match (must be level 50 and able to prestige on combat training)
Tell them to go onto playercard
Switch lobby to combat training
Tell them to click prestige once and tell you when they have done that
Switch it back to player match and tell them to continue prestiging.
They should now be level one.
