The trail period is when they monitor your effectiveness in that job role. Therefore if they think you have done well you should get the job. I wouldn't expect more interviews, but possibly training.

Congrats in advance if you get the job.

It is a little less than minimum wage, however, money is money and therefore you are doing alright for a 16 year old in my opinion.

Your 16 years old and your working about 30 hours. It depends on what pay wage you are on. If it's good for the 30 hours and you get 100 or more your in a good deal but if it's less I would leave the building. I know people say work is work, and money is money but 30 hours will get me 195.80 +tips.

Depends on your age and how many hours you do a week for your job.

Here are the minimum wages, go off the rate on 2013 as it is the same for this year.

You are getting 80 for 30 hours.
80 divided by 30 is 2.66' an hour.
Therefore you are on under the minimum wage for your age, however it is still money and any money is good at your age.

Based on UK GBP as you have not stated what currency you earn in,

Also it's illegal if they employ you and pay you under the minimum wage! So be careful.

Why does he need to be careful as it would be the company that employs him that should be careful.

the money isn't the best but its still money and 80gbp is still a lot of money bro.
