Well, if your in the UK you will know what a Chav is and if your in the US then its basically like a gangster wannabe that acts like they own the country and looks like absolute shit wearing rain coats and tracksuits.

I honestly want to know why they exist? like seriously.

They wear clothes that could get them normal clothes like jeans and t-shirts and they hang around with people so they have friends that can do the same.

They smoke out of randomness and try to act cool to their mates. That money could be used for food and well being.

They wreck everyones day that they come across because they shout and they stink and try cause shit when they could be doing something productive like getting a job or helping other people or even just be normal and walk around and talk at a normal volume.

They are the type of people that i CANNOT stand in the way that no matter what they will not understand you if your arguing or even talking to them since they always think theyre right and even if you know for a fact they are wrong they wont stop or take it into consideration. UGH

So i honestly want to know why they exist.

-They can afford to live normally since they buy drugs and clothes.
-They go to school so they can get a job
-They have mates so they can fall back on people
-They get help from their council like houses and shit

So why cant they just be normal and not look like complete tits?
