Energy boost.

i always feel tired and have no energy, had about half a bottle this morning before i went out to ride, been out all day pretty much and felt fine all day, considering im always tired its quite beneficial for me
forgot to add, also improves your 'gaming' perfomance, i think thats the main point of G-Fuel. It did actually improve, i played better after drinking some, makes you more focused and stuff along those lines.

I've never made more than I'd drink but I'm sure it will be fine in the fridge.

Same here...

But I think it should be fine if you put it in the fridge.

He was more than likely referring to the taste of blue ice.
Supplements are meant to be consumed with in 10 minutes of being made in to a shake. However, mic you were to put it in the fridge overnight as you stated it would need a really good shake and you may find that it is not as effective as it would have been if you consumed it earlier. However, it should still have an effect.

These energy supplements are all the same. They are more of a sugar pill affect rather than actually working. It really doesn't matter if you drink it all at once, or put it in the fridge and come back to drink it later.

Also, that stuff is bad for you. So, don't overuse it man.

I honestly wanted to purchase some G-fuel a while back but decided not to.
But putting it in the fridge would just make it nice and cold, that's about it
