Skyrim hands down. You're looking at 100+ hours vs. one story playthrough which lasted me 9 hours.

Skyrim and fallout 3 are the best. You will get many hours of gameplay out of each of them.

This is another thread where I will say the same thing. Its like comparing apples to oranges. Hell one game has guns the other has swords and shield.
Skyrim is an open world action/fantasy RPG. Expect to pour hours of gameplay into this game, especially if you want to fully experience it. The average completion for me was 40 hours. That was not taking my time. My final playthrough time on xbox back then when I did a completionist, best of my ability to finish everything run was about 200 hours.
Bioshock Infinite is more of a "Linear" Action FPS game with magical elements if you want to consider the salt system that. I did not care for it as much as the 2 games before it, because it seemed too different. I could only carry 2 guns which made me feel more confined and I had no fun with the game. I finished the game in 10 hours.
Its basically 2 different games.

Both are great games in my opinion , but you will get more from Skyrim.
There isn't much past the story in Bioshock Infinite.

Skyrim! I love Skyrim. It is by far one of the best games that have ever come out. You will have a lot of fun if you get it.

I personally feel that Bio-Shock Infinite is the better choice.
It has a thrilling story with quite a twist at the end, and the game has some pretty easy achievements to go for. I have all but three and my friend got all of them. So, all in all, very nice choice.
