I'm not really into the talking on games but I have one mic that I would like to recommend.

Currently I have the Turtle Beach Phantoms which are amazing for gaming sound and great for talking. This mic isnt just a mic man! its like a robot, you can change the sound of your voice just by pressing a button and also there's a bunch of sound settings like superman sound which its really loud. But this is my opinion on a mic because its the only one I really use for a mic. So hope you choose well mate.

I would go for SoundBlaster, Tritton or TB. Sound Blaster may not have the best console quality, but they are comfortable and last for years.
Models I'd recommend (don't buy from the company, buy from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .)
