I've been at around 110 MPH in a 2006 Dodge Durango, not the fastest, but yea.

I got close to 110 in my grand am. On a country back road.

Fastest I have gone in my own car (bmw 120d twin turbo)

Fastest in others cars -

Mercedes C63 AMG - 165MPH
Golf r32 mk5 - 155MPH

The fastest I have ever been? it was on a runway at a prison which my step dad is a manager of -

I drive a Stock 4G Eclipse that has quite a bit of power in its 4 cylinder engine, fastest ive gone was the max my car could go which was about 120-125, in traffic and i live in TX where there are cops everywhere but they like to get people for the harder shit like carrying a small amount of bud with them, or being high af and driving safe af.

It was right when I got my license which was a while back and the whole right line of I-40 was backed up to a complete stop and the left lane was wide open. So I, the lead foot I have, decided to hop in the left lane and I ended up hitting 140 mph and got up to the front of the line.

While respect AR15's feelings about speeding ^^^^ this is exactly what he's talking about. This is the most idiotic and reckless thing I have seen posted in this thread. If someone had pulled out you would have killed not only yourself but many others. I might speed once in a while but I NEVER do anything when there are other drivers near me.

And that is why I clearly said it wasn't the smartest thing. I don't need someone critiquing and criticizing me on something I did almost 5 years ago at a young age over the internet like a father figure? Please keep your silly comments and lectures to yourself, I made that decision when I was younger and I haven't been anywhere near that speed since..

I have went a 115 mph in a 98 Honda Civic

I've hit 144 on the highway in my 65 VW Bettle. Got a 2276cc motor with a turbo and a freeway flyer tranny.

the fastest i have ever gone in a car would have to be i think around 140mph maybe 150 somewhere around there.
