Also highly Knowledgeable in mechanics
Here are the cars i was think about!
Honda Civic EG6 (Would do a k20 swap with Big turbo)
Mazda Rx8
Vaxhaul Corsa VXR
Dont tell me about insurance my dad works at LV and im going on his so it wont cost me anything!
Good luck getting a rx8 with a 3k budget.

Id go with the eg. You can get a clean one with that price with a single cam in it then spend another few thousand doing the swap.

Make sure you do your research if you are looking at an rx8. I know some years have engine failure.
