I use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Tells you how big it is as you resize it which is nice.

I use Fotor, its a great site to just quickly resize your images. Or you can add effects and stuff. I'll put a tutorial down below!

1. Go to the site which would be right [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and click the edit button on the top
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

2. Once you've clicked the edit button you'll need to click the picture and you'll be sent to the editing page
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3. On the left hand side you'll see all the editing tools and you can see the resize one and you'll need to click it
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

4. You'll see the size of the picture and now you can change the size. If you change one box the other box will change and you cant change them both to what you want so you're gonna want to uncheckmark the Keep proportion and then you can change both sides!

5. Click the apply button and then you're done resizing it. You can do whatever you want with the other tools but after you're done with the picture just click the save button and pick .png then just safe it! You're done!

I use it all the while.

Great too, plus it is online, no downloads.

Get the person that made it to do it.
Anything other than that will distort the image.
