If I were you, save up money for parts to a custom PC - you could even use the cooler and processor you have right now if you want to save the money. All you'd need in that case is a motherboard that supports your CPUs socket type, a power supply, a graphics card, and of course a case to install it all in. I was in the same situation as you not too long ago until I pulled the trigger and bought myself the parts to build a PC.

Yes, save up for a new one and I would recommend establishing a plan, figure out what you want (i Prefer you build one, Someone on here could build u one on pc part picker) and then start saving, sorry i couldnt help you to much.

Actually he cant, the APU is soldered into his mobo, and the cooler appears to be extremely proprietary.

Ok. The question now is would i be able to build a good gaming PC for $600. that is the budget i have right now. i have seen some builds for that price and they all seem pretty cost effective.
