I missed out on the Roosevelt car during the valentines day update also but that was because I didn't know about the car with the update.
Now I will probably miss these cool new items and cars due to me being suspended, only myself to blame I guess

You can buy fireworks from Ammu-nation and you can find them in your inventory under fireworks and you need to change firework type and color to find the ones you bought. It does work because I have used them myself

I think fireworks will be limited time but the vehicles probably won't be. Just my guess, could be wrong. I don't particularly like the new stuff. Don't like the new houses or motorbike.
