i cant find out where to buy fireworks ive checked ammuntaion and nothings new plz help

Its not the complete update. Only thing new that has been noticed so far are the new properties.

it has the option when i click the back button and go to inventory then the fireworks is there but ot says i have none of red white or blue so idk where to get them?
