Can you go online and play like normal with your rgh ? Will they still be able to tell you are on an rgh ?

Yes they will after a while you just get a unshared kv and try to do very little of anything and it will last a few days maybe even a few weeks

Well to go online, you have to use server like XBLSE or XBLHammer. You can play normally, but if I am right, since you aren't modding cuz u said can you play normally your KV would last longer, but if you are modding it would probably last a few days, but either way you still get banned.

Yeah you may aswell use a retail for online
as you will need to pay for a server just to play probarly which is pointless
