right above the button the ????'s are there, not putting my iDevice name down.. is there a reason or any way to change this?
It wont let me start jailbreak either because iDevice name is not there

Have you got iTunes installed?
And if it's open, close it. Then open Pangu as Administrator (don't know if that helps) and it should recognize your device.
