The theme i use is called SE7EN 8 (Red Edition)
Obviously you can see a few of my apps are not in the themes design, however I've gotten used to where all the apps are and don't feel like moving them around or change the pictures to go with the theme's design.

Wa'Up TTG, This is my jail broken home screen with a list of visable tweaks and with a description, Please let me know what you think! I have a iPhone 6 Plus Gold, Running iOS 8.1.2.

Springtomize - Basically a tweak that you can customise pretty much anything on your iDevice, From the UI status bar to how many columns and rows on your home screen.
iWidget - This tweak is to add widgets to your home screen, That's how I got the time and date on my home screen.
Cylinder - This tweak is for page switching animations, It's just like Barrel but free, In my opinion I think it's better.
BlurryBadges - This tweak is for editing your notification badges on your folders when you have a message or update.
Infinidock - That's how I have 5 icons on my dock, You can have as many as you want.
Eclipse 2 - This tweak is why all my menus are dark, You can set your own colour to your menus and sub menus.
AppButton - This is the Semi-Circle I have as a overlay in my apps and everything else, It's basically a quick app switcher.
Auxo 3 - This is the reason why when I either slide up or double tap my home button it comes up a different sort of app switcher then normal.

I can never keep a setup for more than a week without changing something up. haha So I'll constantly be posting updates. Let me know if you need help matching my settings or want anything.
