If I have certain stats on one computer and I get a new one, will my stats carry over or will I have to get them again?

Can you give me an example of what you're talking about?

Game saves such as campaigns, I don't believe carry over.

Yes, you should.

That should be saved to your Steam Account, not your PC i believe.

MI5 is correct. I had my Steam account on my old computer, when I logged into it on my new computer I still had all my TF2 items, game levels, etc.

Although if you mean campaign/single-player saves, then I'm not sure as I hardly play single-player games, but they should be downloaded along with the game due to the Steam Cloud.
