im not speaking for the population but Stopping Power needs to return

You're think in "Hell NO" but just wait and if you're an old cod player all the games with stopping power where good "Cod 4, WaW, MW2 (besides the damn tubes)"

so if we could just tell the developers to put it back because it balanced the game even though it didn't seem like it, it really did. they did have to lower health because the professionals didn't bitch about their guns not killing.

its cod not real life its just a game

also you had a choice stopping power or another perk (mw2 instance you had stopping power or cold blooded, in cod4 it was stopping power or double tap)

Now just think you know its true

There's nothing wrong with the game, honestly. There really isn't much they can do to change the game besides change the maps, guns, campaigns, some new colors and art. Its old. Its run its course. Thats why people dont like it as much. Why are there so many little kids on it? Because its new to them, and still awesome how we remember it in CoD 4, WaW, and MW2.

I totally 100% agree with you. Stopping power was probably the most helpful/best Perk in Cod4 and MW2.

not only the best but it balanced the game by not EVERY gun killing in 2 shots without a perk like they are today

the thing that ruined WaW was the Constant mods, same with cod4, MW2 was the tubes what they should do is bring back OMA and make it where you cant have a tube and a first perk like cod 4

Then again, Stopping Power was also super overpowered and many people complained about it..

I was on and off with Stopping Power. I know you could have other perks on it for different situations, but the majority of players ran stopping power on those games and camped. Now when I say camp, I don't mean locking down an area and going back and forth between it, I mean physically camp. MW2 I had seen the most of this on Skidrow on Domination, someone would set up claymores by the stairs of B Flag, sit with One Man Army and an RPD (sometimes other LMGs) with either FMJ or Extended Mags with Stopping Power just spraying down B Flag. I didn't have a problem with Stopping Power on the Snipers (unless you were using the M21 with Silencer, O.M.A and Stopping Power with a modded controller, then there was a problem.) However as I said above, I was on and off with Stopping Power. I had Stopping Power on only 3 classes on MW2, the other 5 were Cold Blooded, one was Hardline and one was Danger Close (not O.M.A Noob Tubes, had a Javelin on with Sleight of Hand.) If Stopping Power were to be brought back, I would like it to be used as something that has more damage at a better range (kinda like Long Barrel) and through material (kinda like FMJ) but not overall increasing the damage on the gun.

I can't agree with this. My favorite was MW3. It would have been MW2 if they didn't have Stopping Power, Danger Close, Commando, or One Man Army that refilled explosives. The maps were pretty good and most of the guns were great. Those perks though...
