alright just about 5 mins ago I got suspended from xbox live I wasn't doing anything wrong we where talking then all the sudden it says at the top of my screen account has signed in else where then im like wtf then I click the middle button on my controller and it says I have been suspended from xbox live till 7/3/2014 now im like F*** sn))(( and I call my friend on the phone he all mad because we where in the middle of a match on cod ghost and I told him I got band now where both mad but since it said my account signed in else where I have a else some one is hacking in my account but idk im just guessing. please help me or if u know anything please help

You can try to contact Microsoft, but you're probably have to just wait it out.

When it says "Your account has been signed in elsewhere" it doesn't mean you've been "Hacked", that is a Legit ban that M$ issues to players, the best thing to do is wait it out. Nothing more you or we can do it fix it, its M$. You can call them and ask what the reason is for the ban but they won't lift the ban from you
