You're better off just going to Best Buy and getting the ultimate edition for $20.

If you already own the game, go to gamestop pick up the ultimate edition used and just return it after installing the DLC that's what I did xD

Well i really enjoy the DLC for NV, Gun Runners' Arsenal adds a list of new guns that i think are pretty cool. Plus you can add different types of mods the those weapons(You can't add mods to regular weapons only GRA weapons) The one i like the most is the Medicine Stick and the Bozar as you can have Explosive rounds

I have yet to play any of the DLC quest from the others so i can't really clarify how they are
