So I bought a 7day server and I edited it and whenever I o to join, it loads for about 10 seconds then says "You have lost connection to the server." My friends can't join either so no one can join. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Its going to be either 1 of 2 things
1. the server is restarting and nobody can join whilst the server loads [dont worry try later]
2. this happened to me but i couldnt join for 3 days but if you get in touch whith ea they will reboot your server and reset your time
