It just keeps loading on the checking network connection what do I do?

Is it a JTAG or RGH i'm assuming this since you posted in the Xbox 360 JTAG Discussion. It has to be your connection as i'm on xbox right now which part does it fail Xbox 360, Network or Xbox Live?

I get xbls fully stealthed but when I try to download profile it just keeps loading

Oh sorry i didn't notice you were on a JTAG try downloading the profile on a retail then move it a flash drive and just plug the flash drive into the JTAG.

download the profile before you obtain stealth.

theres a slight possibility its the xbox servers themselves, sometimes they act up. i bet you already rebooted and attempted to download the profile again but in case you have reboot your console or maybe reset your router
