Ok so ive been tryin to get the shotgun emblem for a lil while and cannot get it. My kd is 182.25 and still nothing

Downs:1975
I read se7ensins forum on it but the result of it was iffy please tell me what i need like stat wise

It's not a stat you need concern working in . It's your skill. Rank has nothing to do with KD. You can rank up without any kills so that disproves KD once and for all. Rounds to downs is how you rank up.
Your leaderboard downs do not connect to rank , it's only your downs in the game vs the round you made it to .
