How much can you curl with a barbell ? me I can do 3x10 50kg

I would like to respond but im clueless as to what it is you are talking about.. Trust me it is NOT you its me i just dont know what "How much can you curl with a barbell ? me I can do 3x10 50kg" means.

The question was sorta like how much can you lift ? I can do 3 reps of 10 with 50 kg comfortably.

Oh that. I can easily do 5 reps of 150 pounds.. I know cause i carry 4 50 pounds of flour bags from the store to the truck. I have very strong muscles from doing 200 push ups daily.


I honestly don't believe you because you we completely clueless to OP talking about the number of reps he can do, then you say you are very strong doing all these reps and push ups.

I'm 18 but I don't really bench just usually do press ups. but i can bench 100 kilo but it's a struggle as my triceps are not so strong .
