My buddy eaqz from 7s and I made this tool and gave me permission to post his tool on TTG as it seems people on here could use a working tool for GTAV. The main interesting part for this release is you can edit your money and make it stick, as well as rank.
He has taken out some features because he wants to keep them for himself, but updates the tool and adds more stuff every couple days. This is just a basic tool but he has used for a while but i told him to release it as it could help.
There are little bugs in the tool. Don't go crazy with the level all at once or it will not show up at all. The money always sticks. Another thing you should know is that any mod tool that modifies rank or money, it only works for your default GTAV online character.

ive been trying to use this for days, no matter what i do nothing changes on screen

If youre not using your default character aka the first slot, it wont work correctly

Considering this thread was made a month ago and there has been 1 or 2 updates since then, the specific download included will not work.
