It tells you what you need to do to complete your profile? Is this new and how new is it, i havnt noticed it till now?

Thats why they added it of course, but i was wondering if i never noticed it or its a new tweak? its helpful!

It was added yesterday to show users what item(s) they had to finish on their profile for 100%.
