'You cannot participate in parties because of your past behaviour' But I don't think I've done anything.. And I can still make a party on the 360?

Microsoft made the Xbox One to be more of a Family console then a personal one. If you swear a lot in lobbies your console could be banned. When it comes to party chat, the same policies apply, as well as with Skype services on the Xbox One.

Same policy has 360, if you swear a lot and sent hateful messages and some one reports you, you can get banned from communicating with other live members. It's normally a temp banned, a friend of mine got a month ban for sending out a message on how he raped everyones mums.

I do not believe you can be banned for swearing in lobby's if the game is rated mature since you have to be an adult to purchase them and we have the freedom of speech regardless of what you say. Messages on the other hand probably could get you a temp ban. Microsoft would not console ban because of language in any means.

Also to add with Xbox one they integrated levels of matchmaking so if you have bad rep you are only placed with bad rep people. Kinda like in GTA 5.

how would they know what you say in a party if its with your friends anyway? you probably got a temp ban from communications for something you said in a message. The other thing to note is if everyone apears to be muted in game lobbys as well then you know for sure thats what it is
