You could try unplugging the router from the mains and wait five minutes then replug it back in and retry.

Restarting it on the actual router through a button still leaves the router on and does not reset everything 100%. Once I had a similar issue and doing the above, it fixed it.

Fingers crossed it does for you.

Contact your internet provider as they should be able to solve the problem for you, by either telling you what to do or by sending over an engineer to fix the problem.

In that case then either you can try to go into your router settings and assign the wireless devices new IP addresses locally or ring your ISP for help. You're paying for the service so you better be receiving it!

There is a button ont eh back of your router, which requires you to stick a pin into it, it's the HARD-RESET button, use that!

this works for me every time:

1) turn off wireless
2) unplug modem
3) wait 30 seconds
4) plug modem back in
5) once all the lights are on turn wireless back on

hope this helps
