Make a playlist of races and do them with friends or random people
Do the mission RoofTop Rumble *You need someone level 75 to host the mission*
Do the mission Coveted *You need someone level 36 to host the mission*

I used to do alot of races with friends, it's a good laugh and a decent way to level up
