I Dont know if I am missing the point here but the way I see it is Famous youtubers (Not mentioning anyone.)Make Tons of money but then they feel the need to make 2 channels just so they get more Subscribers Which then = More Money
It just gets me really mad
Im not hating that they are making money of youtube but it just so Greedy

A lot of them make second accounts in case something happens to there main account, so at least they still have most of there subscribers

I understand your point but if you were in their shoes would you do that? I think if I was huge on Youtube I'd do that, it's basically earning easy money because you already have all the subscribers on your one channel, then you just mention the other channel and you get a bunch of subs.

This, and I'm sure that no big YouTuber wants to litter their main channels that are probably used for uploading gaming content, for Vlogs and such.

@ Hive I don't understand how someone could simply lose there account
If Pewdiepie was to "Lose His Account" Surely he wouldn't have to make a new one just to so he could keep his subs

thanks for the reply though

This is actually very true! I have seen a YouTube channels get copyright strike and there youtube channel will get taken down. But since they have another channel they can still have reach of most of there subscribers! This is also used as vlog channels, let's play channels etc.

But if they was to break a rule i.e
copy right surely they wouldn't be aloud to make a new channel
but then again I don't really know too much about youtube

You never know it could happen and that's not the only reason as Jep said they also use there 2nd channels for vlogs and stuff that is not there usual content on there main channel.

They will do anything for money since AdBlock.

But I don't have a problem with it at all, for example, Smosh and Smosh Games, completely different channels.
