So my nephew got ahold of my Xbox 360 controller. He had sticky hands (Kids are kids) and he was touching X, Y, B and A. So after I got it from him and cleaned it up I went to play an my buttons were sticky a H*LL . I tried to get a wet cloth and it didn't work. Help!

Drown it in water. Easiest solution of them all. Or burn the controller

What I would do is take the controller apart and take the buttons out to clean them fully. Sticky buttons usually take a while to go away and drowning your whole controller in water may damage it.

if you know how to take it apart do that then take the buttons out of the shell then clean them then check the little rubber pad make sure that is clean then put it back together.

The only thing I would really suggest is to take the controller apart, then take out the actual buttons and wash them.

This helped me out -

I used it for the Guide button and worked like a charm, I guess opening your controller is also helpful. I purchased a Torx T8 screwdriver on ebay for $2.00 and opened my controller to replace my thumbsticks, guess you could just clean your buttons out.
