I have a friend that has created a epoch server it is very fun. The map is Chernarus,the admin support is great. Also their is AI that roam around some are Hero's and some are Bandits, you better hope u are a survivor or hero cause the hero's KILL ALL BANDITS. Besides the bandit AI the server is great and if u are interested PLEASE JOIN. While the loot and vehicle spawns are good.
On the server you dont need a plot pole to build your base, its very easy to get started.

TeamSpeak3 IP: ts.purplesmoke.info
Post that on the bar above favorite on DayZ Commander
If you need a ride on the server my ingame name is "Bradly" just type in side and ill come get u and take you wherever or get you a vehicle.
