So i had a pc built a few years back good condition only changed the GPU and i want to get into making videos streaming playing games on the high end side here are my spces paying in GPB i was thinking of a new mobo and a CPU i have a 780W power pack so i think im fine there.

But let me know what i need to make it better for me to stream and make videos whilst playing on ultra settings

Does the PSU have a brand name on the side of it?
What is your budget for upgrades?

Ok, you have a good PSU there, nothing to change.
As for the CPU/Mobo, The new Z97 chipset is out with the new CPU's so That would be what I recommend.

I was thinking more of a i7 people saying its best for streaming and video editing

But unless you are going to utilize the benefits of the i7 as in hyper-threading then an i5 is sufficient.

i already have i5 and i cant even play stream on medium settings

You don't need a CPU upgrade. Use Shadowplay with your 770. Something else is causing the bad performance.
