i know its been out for a while but i did as the tutorial and it works except it says i still need to do an update!?!? ne ideas on how to fix this such as putting a folder into 000000000000000 or something along that?

If you flashed 12611 using EFB or bestpig already you need to install the legit update from M$ it will add avatar support and video playback. I also recommend installing dashlauch so you can get xbox1 compatibility.
