Matchmaking pls

So I have been playing some solo q, and recently lost A LOT, i was in gold v, but i dont think i belong there due to the fact that i didnt get over 50 lp at any time. I was demoted back to silver 1, still on a loosing spree i was getting more and more stressed, then i joined a game, i was 3rd pick, i called mid and waited. We had a support morg lock in 1st, then annie locked in and said bot, at this point i got a little confused but i thought they may be premade and just want to duo ap bot, so i let it be, then it got to my pick, i locked nida mid, but then about 3 seconds after, syndra writes in chat 'NO I MID!' being on EUW, some of their english isnt fluent but its not a problem. So yes i got pissed off and told her she can top, she didnt reply again... then last pick wrote in chat 'yi or nasus?' most of the team said nasus, including me. So he locked in yi, at this moment i felt the need to go to the bathroom etc before the game started, i came back to see that it had started and was about 1 min in. I looked mid and there syndra was, stood in my lane with nothing but a dorans ring. then i looked top and saw we had a morg yi combo top, at this point i was considering giving up and going afk, but no, 'we can just try'. I pinged syndra several times asking her to bot, she refused and ignored me, so i went bot with annie, by the time i got to lane, their thresh had already hooked her and varus had used his q, taking her to half hp. Then in a matter of 30 seconds, gave away fb. This is when i began to get angry and decided to give my keyboard a good beating, breaking about 4 buttons, luckily non important buttons. So I went over to lolnexus.com to check out what sort of players i had on my team because by this time all lanes had died at least 2-3 times, morg and yi lost 2v1 to a donger, and i was in full rage mode. Lolnexus loaded and these are the results i got...

Every member on my team was unranked,with hardly any games played, me with 349.
I began to cry as I slowly backed my chair away from my keyboard, and left my Skype call and turned off all music.
then i got a reply, summing up how matchmaking works, but one sentence confused me
'We make frequent updates to our Matchmaking program in order to improve matchups. However, even the best summoners can have a bad game. Taken as a system, players generally compete with other players of similar skill. Occasionally, bad matchups do happen, and we implement new methods when we find them to improve matchmaking. For example, your total number of wins in each queue is taken into account, so when you play Summoner's Rift, you will play against players with a similar number of wins.'

may I repeat, 349 and my team added together had played 5.
