Is there a way a person can get that shield without modding the account? Cause I would like that shield so I can face terramorphos. However you spell it. But could he drop that shield and someone that doesn't mod can pick it up and use it?

It's only that size for him specifically due to modding the internal .gpd for the game. I can host an XP and Weapon lobby to get you good enough to fight Terramorphous though(:

It only stated 1-Required Level. Does that mean I can't do it with a level 70?
