1.Once on BMX bike pick up speed
2. At a good speed hold down RB and push up on the right analog stick. It should make you lean over your bike
3. When your leaning over hold down LT slightly and it should make you do a nose manual but not slow down. So you will keep going but if you press LT down to much you will stop.
