Then find a mobo that is.

I have a build that I just got done finding.

Also, you don't need 16GB of RAM. 8GB is plenty for gaming and 16GB is really only necessary if you're running a bunch of VMs.
The guy that said the i7 is overkill should realize that for that little bit more, you can get one of the most popular processors. That build I made is basically just based on well reviewed parts that are very popular. And actually, that last build you posted is more expensive than mine! (of course you have the monitor that you put into it, but that doesn't make a big difference)

In reality, you're spending a lot of money where you don't need to.
$138 in RAM alone is pretty crazy and there is not really a need for that $159 case when you can get it's brother for $100 cheaper.

Every motherboard I've ever bought came from ASUS. They have nice quality boards and for that reason, everyone loves them.

Would you ever be overclocking on this system OP? You end up spending a lot more on overclockable parts when if you only want it for gaming, a pretty mid end system would do nicely.

Put together with thought, a mid end, cheaper system would still have upgrade paths open for you so you wouldn't be stuck with crap for years to come.
