Never give out your credit card information and such. If they too $150 to someone and they scammed you then that would be your own fault for giving that info out in the first place. If I was you I wouldn't trust anyone with that kind of information.

Always ask them to prove they are cabable of doing the service you want, tell them to show you their jtag with a piece of paper on it.

You have to take chances of asking questions before you do get scammed.
