I got a new phone at christmas and the contract is..
27.99GBP a month and i get
1000 mins
500MB data
Unlimited texts

Every month at the most i use 50 mins out of the 1000,can i change the contract so i drop the minutes and get more monthly data?

It normally goes by contract length remaining. They normally start letting you in the last 6 months. (this was the case for me)

Its an incentive to stay, as if you're happy with your current package at the end of the contract, you're more likely to stay with the provider.
