do you have any usbs plug in?

not tried taking the HDD off one minute

Okay let me know what happens

it works without the HDD

Okay I Had this problem before Either 1 buy a transfer cable so you can delete the plugin on the root of your HDD.
Or 2 When you boot the console keep opening and closing the disc tray ( try this a few times ) It tells dashlaunch to clear the set plugins

The Ghosts plugin is freezing the console most likely. Be thankful it's not a GPU related problem, lol. Just take off the plugin by turning on the console and press the eject button a second or so after to bypass the dashlaunch plugins. Timing counts while doing this, so keep trying.

How many seconds should i wait as it still freezes it :/

You could reflash your nand, that's the easiest way. If you have xbl neighborhood, delete it off XeX Menu. It should eventually boot, may have wait like 3-5 minutes, maybe more, but should boot eventually. I say that because the console is turning on and showing the screen. When you get it working and delete your problem, get a copy of you nand on usb and save it on your computer, if you don't have it already. So next time you can just reflash your nand and problem solved easy and quick.
