Hosting a GTA car meet and Drag racing

Rules and regulations
1. Must listen to host (me)
2. Don't drive dangerously
3. Don't hit other players or you will get kicked
4. Cars must be:
JDM
Ricer
HellaFlush
5. No Supercars!!
6. Have fun and be courteous
7. NO SCREAMING AND NO PLAYING MUSIC !
8. No jumping on cars
9. Enter passive mode when in
10. No killing
