just updated my rgh to the new 16747 and worked fine but my avatars are gone, need help with that and dose dashlaunch 3.11 work with this dash? plz respond!!

Next time your online and YOU KNOW FOR SURE that you are on the current dash, it will ask for a Dashboard update but it should be only the avatar update.

If I was you I would just use dashlaunch 3.07, It works fine for me and for the avatars I don't know.

Just go on the xbox website and go to updates and download the avatar update and put it on a USB and when you put it in your console it will ask you to update and then your set

When you go online using what ever you use you will be able to download the avatar update directly from xboxlive. Yes, that version of dashlaunch works.
