Odd considering your hardware doesn't necessarily constitute a machine that should run games crappishly. What games are you struggling with? Are you using a standard HDD as your primary (how much space do you have left)? Try updating your drivers..

im struggling with every game at the moment, like league of legends, elder scrolls online and diablo 3

second question, got no idea what that means (im pretty tech illiterate)

i used to get 120 fps in league on highest settings, now i'm getting 80, and it will constantly fluctuate between 80 and 60

as for elder scrolls online, it runs fine in small areas, but the second i get into a town, or anywhere of medium or higher size my pc is just like NOPE and runs at 15 to 50...

its more of a consistency issue...

Try using CCleaner, defragging your HDD and download Razer Game Booster.

It sounds like your PC just needs a clean up. Delete any useless or unnecessary applications and/or tools. Basically delete everything you don't need or use anymore. This might help.

I would recommend backing up your files on an External HDD and doing a new installation of your OS.

Defrag the HDD and update them drivers if you haven't done recently

oh and for elder scrolls I think the big areas could be your 4 ram maybe upgrade to 8 or all your problems could be a bad stick of ram lol just brain storming

but if you hold 60fps or higher i wouldnt complain
