This happened to me turn on your xbox and B4 it boots eject your DVD drive than go to DashLaunch, and you must of one of the plugins wrong or have the wrong dashlaunch version. You might also have a older version of XBLSE. Happened to me once and I deleted the plugins and reinstalled them and it worked.
