I notice this as well. Its annoying but even if you have 100,000 post it doesn't have to be there. Its most annoying when people do it on YouTube and they do in on every comment, as if I can't read your username.

Not a huge deal but its annoying.

It just looks nicer to be honest. All these 'New' people dont have gold, which means they dont have a signature so it just makes it look a bit nicer.

Some people also do it instead of '2020'...

I pretty sure they do it to stop the character limit, and a "cheap" signature.

Hes got a point (the op). Many people add their name at the end to make the post reach the 20 character minimum, which is annoying, and those kind of people we report for spamming

But also why should people be signing their name at the end of a post? we see your username, there is no need to put that. Especially if you are not a gold member, as having a signature at the bottom of your post is a gold member perk. Now i think many of the newer users do this because they see other people doing it and think it looks 'cool' which lets be honest most of the time it doesn't. There's no need to hate on new members specifically for doing this, as its not just new members doing it. But yeah its the most pointless thing ever to sign your name on a post, if you are PMing someone, its fair enough sign your name as you would a letter you are directly addressing one person. But to just sign your name at the bottom of every post you make, well to me that just screams out SWAG ***, who isn't getting enough attention.
