I Have googled it and can not find what time it will be released. Does anyone know when it will be released?

the time frame given by ea was 9:00AM GMT 13:00 GMT
then i asked microsoft heres the reply
Right, we are waiting for them too. Thats probably why they dont give the exact time, due to preparations or fixes.

i am currently in a chat with an ea agent which says the reason for this is due to the xbox service status which has problems at the moment is this correct

There is a problem with items already purchased. That could be causing the delay.

Thank you for waiting Sam, i was waiting for confirmation here. The problem is caused by the current issue. Once it is resolved, the market place gets updated and the new content should show up.

Now our techs are still working on getting that resolved and they didnt give us a time frame for that yet. But i would check again after a few hours.
