I just came up with an idea if you wanted extra free packs. You can contact EA via live chat and say you didn't receive your 5 free packs. Im assuming they will then add them to your account. I know they have the ability to add packs as they have done so for me in the past.

If you do try this and it works please let me and others know!

just to say i am sure they can see if your account has been awarded these packs and it may say that they have been open just a thought before you try get them to give you free packs as i am sure they could possibly ban you for this
