So i was playing Gta V and my Xbox was making weird noises that i never heard before, but then they stopped so i wasn't worried. Then 10 minutes later my disc was unreadable. So i took it out and checked it had a perfect circle smudge looking thing around the whole thing. Now its unreadable . Can anyone help me? Like how did this happen? Is it and internal problem that i would have to get checked out? Does putting it side ways help at all? Please I need your help

Usually only happens if the xbox was nudged or moved while playing. [Slightest tap will sometimes do it.]
It's a laser burn and you can try to take it somewhere to get it cleaned, but if that doesn't work you'll have to buy another one.

That's why my disc one on hard drive disc 2 on usb Xbox runs smooth

Get a friend's copy and install that onto your hard drive then you should be fine. Never move a console when the game is running and I recommend laying the Xbox on it's side so it doesn't fall over.
